MethodologyDigital design and marketing integrated

An innovative process that improves your website’s performance by continued learning about your users needs and behaviours.

Plan

The planning phase of the process clarifies your websites’s objectives and creates a set of actionable and measurable goals to guide activity over the next 6-18 months.  Taking time to align your website’s development with your organisations remit or objectives ensures that investment and continued development is relevant and financially accountable.

This is phase is important for even the most fledgling of projects, it guides design, engagement and reveals what to measure in order to learn and improve.

Design

We  specialise in digital design, which includes: websites, web apps, mobile apps, facebook and twitter themes, marketing graphics and banners, documents and reports…

Our design process integrates the objectives and goals established in planning phase of your project and focuses on engagement, accessibility and ease of use.  This approach is called User Centred Design and through-out your project we seek to understand your users and design an attractive, focused and enjoyable experience for them.

Engage

The engagement process centres around content, the channels we publish content to and the ways in which we get that content noticed by your customers and stakeholders.

When we talk about channels we are referring to the many places your content might be featured online. Your website is the most obvious, but you might also publish to your social media accounts, forums, other organisations websites, online publications and ebooks and marketing campaigns.

Without a focus on engagement your website or app may look wonderful but go largely unnoticed by the people you want to attract and influence.

Learn

Now for the science bit.  To truly engage and influence your customers or stakeholders you have to understand as much as possible about how they behave on your website or when using your app.

The initial iteration of any creative project is a mixture of inspiration, experience and assumptions. However, in order to meet your objectives it is necessary to track the performance of your website and test the design, content and marketing assumptions we have made.

These findings are then fed back into the plan, design, engage and learn loop bringing you closer to meeting your goals with each turn of the wheel.
